Anthony Garlando’s tips for a stress-free Christmas!

Christmas Day is the only day that we are closed over the festive season and thus won’t have the pleasure of cooking for you, but don’t worry – we’ve asked our executive head chef Anthony Garlando to share some simple tips for making cooking Christmas dinner at home as stress-free as possible.

1. Try to prepare as much as possible the night before: slice and dice the veg for roasting, stuff the turkey and prepare the egg-nog!

2. Cook the turkey at a lower heat for longer to keep it nice and moist, and then once cooked place in very hot oven at 250 degrees celsius to get the crispiness on the skin.

3. Most importantly don’t make it too difficult and stressful – enjoy your day with friends and family, everything else is a bonus!
