Perfect for Sundays, our new roast chicken brunch dish

Our Weekend Brunch, served Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays from 10.30am-3.30pm, is an indulgent three-course menu offering a fantastic variety of dishes to suit every appetite – and we’re excited to announce that we’ve introduced some fantastic new choices.

Chef Ben Spalding knows that for many guests Sunday just isn’t Sunday without a roast, and this delicious Roasted young chicken with baked apple purée, apricot crème, chestnut caramel and chicken & port gravy is a light, contemporary take on this great British favourite. There’s also the choice of a Braised lamb shank with Yorkshire pudding, duck fat potatoes and classic mint sauce.

Other new dishes include a refreshing starter of Burrata with sticky apple balsamic and long pepper glaze and an indulgent dessert of Soft jelly of rare fruits, sticky lemon cake and Madagascan vanilla ice-cream.
