New Year, new dishes at aqua shard!

Organic beef fillet, fig & gingerbread tart, bergamot crumble, red wine jus

The New Year brings new dishes to aqua shard’s menus. Our chef Anthony Garlando has sourced superb seasonal produce and used it to create some innovative flavour combinations in his signature Contemporary British style.

Among new starters is a warm, wintery Butternut squash soup with pickled pumpkin and caramelized popcorn, while Organic beef fillet with fig and gingerbread tart, bergamot crumble and red wine jus is introduced to the From The Land mains.

There will, of course, be changes to the Market Lunch menu, with Anthony introducing seasonal choices. The Market Lunch menu is available at £24 for two courses or £28 for three from Monday to Friday 12pm-3pm, alongside a shorter a la carte menu featuring both the Butternut squash soup and Organic beef fillet.
